This app just feels dated compared to others like Monzo. There isn't even a category for dividends when making payments which is absolute basic set up for business banking. On top of that push notifications just do not work no matter what fixes you do on your phone, which many of us have complained about. One last thing.. enable screenshots to be taken as that's my decision, not yours!

This app isn't as good as the HSBC Kinetic app I was using previously. I experience difficulties logging in with user entitlement errors, there's no obvious way to enable push messages for transactions and it saves every payees reference so you just long list...what's the point in doing this? I hope the dev team read this.

App functionality is good but it is annoying that when returning to the app you often cannot login until removing it from your open apps list twice! The first time it says 'user doesn't have entitlement' and then 'we cannot access your accounts right now. This is an annoyance.
